Pathways of Promise, our exclusive dementia care program, focuses on four areas of resident wellness: cognitive function, social interaction, physical health, and spiritual well-being.
Memory Care Approach
Our innovative Pathways of Promise Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care Program was designed and implemented in collaboration with a Doctor of Philosophy from Northern Arizona University’s Department of Occupational Therapy. Our unique programming applies a Needs-Centric Home Model that groups residents with similar types of dementia together to help them live more harmoniously while dealing with their memory loss. We offer therapeutic amenities, including water features, aquariums, outdoor garden area, indoor nature room with plants and video landscapes, and an abundance of natural light and plants to create a relaxing, therapeutic environment that minimizes anxiety and stress.

Memory Care Services
At American Orchards, we offer a wide array of care services to meet the unique needs of our residents. Medication administration and management are fundamental parts of our care services. We also provide supportive assistance with activities related to daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal grooming, eating, and transferring to and from the facility.
